September 17, 2010 will be an exciting evening in the Cooper-Young Community! At 7 p.m. the Cooper-Young Festival Friday 4-Miler presented by Bluff City Sports will begin! This annual event kicks off the Cooper-Young Festival and has some exciting improvements in store.
